The US is driving into a Very Great Depression (VGD) and they cannot get out of it or slow it down, the breaks are cut and it is locked at a pretty high speed. As agreed by many others, the problems that the US is facing now is the result of government, government interference in the free market, a government manipulation of interest rates, government attempt to stimulate the economy by using monetary and fiscal policy. The more the government does to “save” their economy the more damage they are creating. They are continually putting fuel in this high speed machine, ensuring that it does not slow down but make it worse and ensure that it will go over that cliff at a more painful level, while having a great time inside the machine doing what ever they want as if it were the end of the world. World faces “total” financial meltdown: Bank of Spain chief

The governor of the Bank of Spain on Sunday issued a bleak assessment of the economic crisis, warning that the world faced a “total” financial meltdown unseen since the Great Depression.

“The lack of confidence is total,” Miguel Angel Fernandez Ordonez said in an interview with Spain’s El Pais daily.

“The inter-bank (lending) market is not functioning and this is generating vicious cycles: consumers are not consuming, businessmen are not taking on workers, investors are not investing and the banks are not lending. Continue reading

An 8.5 Trillion Dollar Commitment

The current economic situation is mis-understood. People are very much confused by the corporate media, falsely taught education, and the confusion from lack of information and mis-information that is given out to the public.

The San Fransisco Chronicle reported that 8.5 trillion dollars has been committed. Yes, we all make commitments but I do not suggest we look into the true meaning of words too much and take it how it is being said and how it is being used. If we were to take the true meanings of words, then the word terrorism/terrorist would be pointing to a different party, of course that is before the meaning was recently changed. Do you think that these commitments are going to be reversed? If I make a commitment, I will stick to it, that is what a commitment means to me and I do not think that this is the sort of commitment that they can get out of. Continue reading

Canadian Soldiers Policing the U.S.?

The Sojourner, Economy Exposed.com

The article below, found on Global Research.ca, discusses how the US and Canada have agreed to assist each other in times of need. US soldiers will be walking around Canadian soil in full combat gear if Canada decides that they need the help of the US. Vice-versa, Canadian soldiers will be patrolling on US shores if the US government feels that their people need policing.

This preparation for extra enforcement is a message in itself. If I were to read between the lines, first of all no one does anything for no reason, it is a message telling the people that they plan to need extra servicemen because they are aware that the economy will collapse and millions of people will be angry and take to the street with their guns, which is the only difference between how the Thai’s, Greeks, and people from Iceland dealt with their problems and how the US citizens will deal with the upcoming similar situation.
