This video clip clearly states by Alan Greenspan, an American Economist and former head of the Federal Reserve, that the Federal Reserve is a private organization that answers to nobody and is in full control of itself. The Federal Reserve is the central bank of the US of A which lends money to the US government. The borrower is slave to the lender.
